- Child currently has overactive bladder symptoms (frequent urination or sudden urges to urinate)
- No history of nervous system diseases affecting the brain or spinal cord
- No current or past cancer diagnosis
- No active urinary tract infection at the time of enrollment
- No structural birth defects or abnormalities of the bladder
