Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with early or locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body.
- You have completed 4 cycles of neoadjuvant therapy (treatment before surgery) and your doctor has found that the tumor did not respond well.
- You are generally in good health, able to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0-1).
- Your organ function (liver, kidneys, heart, etc.) is within acceptable limits.
- If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
