Who can take part

  • You must be enrolled in the PERa registry at CHUM and have previously consented to be contacted about research studies
  • You must have been randomly selected by the study team to receive this experimental treatment approach
  • You cannot have a pacemaker or other implanted metal devices that would interfere with MRI imaging
  • You cannot have a hip replacement or significant pelvic metal implants that create imaging problems
  • You must not have claustrophobia or other conditions that prevent you from lying still in an MRI machine
