Who can take part
- You are at least 35 years old
- You have a partial or complete rotator cuff tear that needs surgery
- You are scheduled for arthroscopic rotator cuff repair with one of four specific surgeons at Ochsner Kenner
- You will do all your post-surgery physical therapy at OTW Driftwood
- You speak English
- You do not have significant heart, vascular, or circulation problems, skin conditions, or blood disorders that could be worsened by cold therapy
