Who can take part
- You had arthroscopic shoulder surgery to repair a rotator cuff tear (partial or full thickness) in one shoulder
- You are between 30 and 70 years old
- Your shoulder pain is at least 40 out of 100 on a pain scale
- You do not have psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairment, rheumatic diseases, fibromyalgia, vascular disease, cancer, infections, or neurological disorders
- You do not have a pacemaker, bleeding disorder, or history of seizures, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are willing to avoid pain medications and anti-inflammatory drugs during the study period
