- You are between 18 and 85 years old
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer
- Your cancer is considered high-risk (for example, it has spread, has a high Gleason score, or your PSA is above 20)
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1)
- You have not had any previous treatment for prostate cancer, such as radiation, chemotherapy, or hormone therapy
