This study tests whether a small device that stimulates a nerve in your ear (combined with computerized brain exercises) can help improve memory, attention, and thinking abilities in adults experiencing cognitive changes. You'll use the device at home with an app on your phone or tablet.

Who can take part

  • Age 45–80 years old
  • Noticed changes in your memory, attention, or thinking for at least 6 months that worry you or affect daily life
  • Currently taking stable doses of medications for at least 4 weeks (no recent medication changes planned)
  • Own a smartphone or tablet with reliable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability
  • Able to use your dominant hand to do computer-based exercises and complete assessments
  • No prior diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment, dementia, or neurocognitive disorder
