- You are a male patient aged 18 or older
- You are scheduled for planned (elective) laparoscopic surgery that requires hair removal
- Your overall health is classified as ASA I, II, or III (your doctor will know this rating)
- Your skin at the surgical site is healthy with no active rashes, wounds, or severe irritation
- You have not used antimicrobial soaps, antibiotics, or steroids in the past 7 days
- You are able to read and sign an informed consent form
