Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Newly diagnosed with MPAL (confirmed by WHO 2022 classification) and haven't started main anti-leukemia treatment
- Good overall health and ability to function in daily life (ECOG score 0–2)
- Healthy heart (ejection fraction ≥50%), kidneys (creatinine clearance ≥30 mL/min), and liver function
- Expected to live at least 12 weeks
- Able to take oral (by mouth) medications without absorption problems
