  • Age 18–75 years
  • Recent colonoscopy (within 6 months); either with polyp removal or no polyps found
  • Able to provide stool and blood samples and medical history
  • No recent antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics (within 1 month)
  • No regular aspirin, NSAIDs, high-dose calcium, or vitamin D supplements
  • No history of major stomach/bowel surgery or serious heart, liver, kidney, or cancer disease
