Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 65 years old
- You had your first stroke (either bleeding or clotting) within the last 3 months
- Your stroke was confirmed by a brain scan (CT or MRI)
- Your shoulder and arm have some strength left (not completely paralyzed)
- Your arm muscles are tight but not severely stiff (mild to moderate spasticity)
- You can think clearly and are in stable emotional health
