Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 17 years old
  • You play organized sports and have trained for at least 12 months
  • You have current pain in your knee (below the kneecap) or heel from sports activity, or you had this pain before and it still bothers you a little
  • You are willing to do in-person rehab visits, home exercises, track your symptoms, and complete follow-up check-ins
  • Your parent or legal guardian consents and you agree to participate
  • Your pain is not from a sudden injury, major surgery, or a serious medical condition
