Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Osgood-Schlatter disease by a doctor.
  • You are between 9 and 15 years old.
  • You do not have any permanent joint or muscle tightness.
  • You can see and hear normally, or with correction.
  • You have not had knee surgery before.
  • You have no history of seizures or heart or bone problems.
