Who can take part

  • Your child is between 4 and 21 years old
  • Your child has a clinical diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder confirmed by a healthcare provider
  • Your child is currently using intranasal insulin or planning to start it as prescribed by their doctor
  • Any current medical or behavioral treatments have been stable for at least 4 weeks
  • You (parent or guardian) can give informed consent and complete study questionnaires over 6 months
  • Your child does not have diabetes, recurrent low blood sugar, or a known allergy to insulin
