- Be between 18 and 55 years old and in generally good health
- Have healthy eyes with no history of eye disease, infection, or eye surgery
- Not have worn contact lenses in the 2 weeks before screening, and not plan to wear them during the study
- Not be taking any prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, or eye drops for 2 weeks before screening
- Have no significant medical history (heart, kidney, liver, nerve, or mental health conditions)
- Not smoke more than 5 cigarettes per day, drink heavily, or use recreational drugs
