Remote Heart Monitoring After Aortic Valve Replacement

TAVI(Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation)Remote MonitoringArrythmiaAtrial Fibrillation (AF)Atrioventricular Block

Treatments studied

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study tests whether monitoring your heart rhythm at home using a portable ECG device after your aortic valve replacement procedure (TAVI) helps catch problems early. Researchers want to see if remote monitoring is safe and helpful for patients recovering from this procedure.

Studying heart rhythm changes after TAVI procedure

This trial looks at how the heart's electrical system may change after TAVI, a procedure to replace a narrowed aortic valve. It aims to better understand these changes to improve care for future patients.

Heart artery checks during aortic valve replacement

This study tests different ways to check for blocked heart arteries in patients getting a new aortic valve through a tube in the leg. It aims to find the best approach to guide treatment.

NCT06602609Recruiting
Remote heart monitoring after TAVI valve procedure

This trial tests whether patients can go home the same day after TAVI and use a smart device for remote monitoring. It aims to see if this approach is safe and effective for recovery.

NCT06055751Recruiting
Heart rhythm monitoring after aortic valve replacement

This trial studies people who had a heart valve procedure called TAVI and later had a heart rhythm problem. You will get a tiny heart monitor placed under your skin to track your heart rhythm over time and help doctors understand how common these problems are.

NCT07739316Not yet recruiting
Monitoring heart rhythm after TAVI with a portable device

This study uses a portable heart monitor (like a Holter) for about 2 weeks after TAVI to check for hidden heart rhythm problems. It aims to find issues early so you get the right treatment.

Early discharge after TAVI using heart monitoring

This study tests if patients who have mild heart electrical changes after TAVI can be sent home early with a portable heart monitor instead of staying in the hospital. It aims to see if this approach is safe and effective.
