Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 65 years old
  • Have a confirmed MS diagnosis (if you have MS) or be a healthy volunteer without MS
  • Be able to read and speak Turkish
  • Have no other neurological conditions besides MS
  • Not have had an MS flare-up or steroid treatment in the past month
  • Be able to walk and move without major orthopedic (bone or joint) problems that prevent exercise testing
