- You are 18 years or older
- You have a hand or upper extremity condition (such as tendon injury, nerve problem, fracture, arthritis, or post-surgery condition) that needs rehabilitation
- You are receiving care from the study team at Hacettepe University's Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation department
- You can attend at least 8 rehabilitation sessions
- You can read, understand, and complete questionnaires in your language
