Who can take part

  • You have liver cancer confirmed by biopsy and meet 'high-risk' criteria (multiple tumors, large size, or cancer in veins)
  • Your doctor says surgery to remove the tumor is possible
  • You are 18–75 years old with good liver function and no serious heart disease
  • You have never received chemotherapy or immunotherapy before
  • Your blood counts and organ function are normal enough to tolerate treatment
  • You are not pregnant, do not have another active cancer, and can use birth control if needed
