- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced or metastatic GIST confirmed by a tissue biopsy
- You have been taking a TKI drug (like sunitinib, regorafenib, avapritinib, or ripretinib) for at least 2 years and are still taking it (brief breaks of up to 3 months are okay)
- You are able to read and complete questionnaires about your health and life
- You are healthy enough to participate and can give informed consent
