Who can take part

  • You are 19 years of age or older.
  • You have a breathing tube placed in the intensive care unit.
  • You do not have any condition that makes it hard to check your brain function.
  • You do not have a muscle or nerve disease.
  • You are not allergic to the study medicines (sugammadex or neostigmine).
  • You are not taking toremifene, fusidic acid, or hormonal contraception.
