- You are currently enrolled as a student in the Dentistry Faculty at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University
- You are 18 years old or older
- You are right-handed
- You have not had surgery or serious injury to your spine or upper body (arms, shoulders, neck)
- You do not currently have a regular exercise or fitness routine
- You can speak, understand, and follow instructions in Turkish
