  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis
  • You have had rheumatoid arthritis for at least 6 months
  • You experienced a flare (worsening of symptoms) or changed your RA medications in the last 3 months
  • You speak and understand English or French
  • You have reliable internet access at home
