Who can take part
- Had a closed head injury (not open/penetrating) with lasting symptoms for at least 4 weeks
- Experience dizziness, imbalance, or inner-ear-related problems (vestibular dysfunction)
- Have thinking or memory problems linked to the head injury
- Are at least 18 years old and able to consent for yourself
- Are not currently pregnant and not within 12 weeks of giving birth
- Do not take prescription blood thinners like warfarin or heparin
