- You are between 10 and 18 years old
- You've had type 1 diabetes for at least one year
- Your HbA1c (average blood sugar over 3 months) is 7% or lower
- You speak and read Turkish fluently
- You have no serious vision, hearing, or cognitive problems that would prevent exercise
- You have no bone or nerve problems that make walking or running difficult, and no diabetes-related complications
