Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 18 years old
  • You've had type 1 diabetes for at least one year
  • Your HbA1c (average blood sugar over 3 months) is 7% or lower
  • You speak and read Turkish fluently
  • You have no serious vision, hearing, or cognitive problems that would prevent exercise
  • You have no bone or nerve problems that make walking or running difficult, and no diabetes-related complications
