Who can take part

  • You are 40 years old or older
  • You are the primary caregiver for a family member who had a stroke, spending at least 70% of your time on caregiving tasks
  • The stroke survivor has been home from the hospital for at least 2 months and lives with you
  • You have been caregiving for at least 6 months total
  • You report high levels of stress or distress related to caregiving
  • You have reliable internet access and can use a computer
