  • Diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (trouble with memory or thinking) or normal cognition with specific lab results

  • No serious sleep disorders (sleep apnea, narcolepsy, severe insomnia)
  • No hearing problems
  • No recent stroke, brain lesions, or serious medical conditions (cancer, heart failure, kidney/liver disease, seizures, severe depression)
