Who can take part

  • You are a mother or father aged 18 or older.
  • You are the main caregiver for a healthy child aged 6 months to 3 years, born at full term (not premature).
  • At least one parent has overweight or obesity.
  • Your family faces at least one of these challenges: low education level, job instability, money problems, unstable housing, single-parent household, or you recently immigrated without strong support.
  • Your child was not born with a low birth weight (under 2500 grams), is not a twin or triplet, and has no severe health conditions.
  • You are not planning to move out of the study area during the program.
