Breathing and Cycling for High Blood Pressure

Hypertension

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study tests whether combining special breathing techniques (Pilates and diaphragmatic breathing) with moderate cycling exercise can help lower blood pressure and improve lung function in people with high blood pressure. You'll practice these techniques over several weeks to see if they reduce your blood pressure more effectively than exercise alone.
