Head Position Changes With Special Vision Lenses

This study tests whether special prismatic lenses (lenses that bend light in a specific way) can help improve head and neck posture in people with Postural Deficiency Syndrome. Researchers will take X-rays and measurements before and after using these lenses to see if your head position improves.

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Postural Deficiency Syndrome with at least two of its typical signs
  • You have asymmetrical (uneven) stance and abnormal head extension or rotation
  • You experience the typical directional vision effects described in this syndrome
  • Your vision is 8/10 or better in at least one eye
  • You have not had eye surgery, inner ear surgery, or treatment for posture/movement disorders in the past year
  • You do not have conditions affecting your brain or inner ear, and do not take medications that interfere with balance
