Neck balance study for cervical spondylosis

This trial tests how neck problems affect balance in people with cervical spondylosis (arthritis or wear-and-tear of the neck bones). If you have mild to moderate neck disability and are in good general health, you may be able to join.

Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 45 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis by a doctor.
  • Your neck disability is mild to moderate (this means you have some pain but can still do most daily activities).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 24.9 (healthy weight range).
  • You do not have vision or balance problems, spinal cord issues, previous neck surgery, inflammatory arthritis, neck injury, neck tumors, ankle instability, or past foot/ankle surgery.
