Who can take part
- Genetic confirmation that you have Huntington's disease (HTT gene with 40+ CAG repeats)
- Your Huntington's disease is in Stage 2 or early Stage 3 (mild symptoms, some functional impact)
- Willingness to use effective birth control for the duration of the study plus 90 days after
- No major neurological or serious medical conditions besides Huntington's
- No active or chronic infections (HIV, hepatitis B or C)
