Who can take part

  • You are 18–35 years old
  • You have been newly diagnosed with FAIS (hip impingement) by a hip surgeon at the study site
  • Your hip imaging shows bone shape changes typical of FAIS
  • You can safely do basic squats and hip movements as judged by your doctor
  • You are willing to do recommended physical therapy sessions and attend follow-up visits
  • You have no prior hip surgery, serious hip injuries, or other severe hip conditions
