Who can take part
- You are 18–35 years old
- You have been newly diagnosed with FAIS (hip impingement) by a hip surgeon at the study site
- Your hip imaging shows bone shape changes typical of FAIS
- You can safely do basic squats and hip movements as judged by your doctor
- You are willing to do recommended physical therapy sessions and attend follow-up visits
- You have no prior hip surgery, serious hip injuries, or other severe hip conditions
