  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have suspected kidney stone pain (flank, back, abdomen, or groin pain) as your main complaint
  • You've already received ketorolac in the ER but still need more pain relief
  • You haven't taken any pain medication for your kidney stone in the 6 hours before the ER doctor sees you
  • You can consent to participate and are willing to be part of the study
