  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • Your overall health and ability to do daily activities are good (ECOG score 0–1)
  • You are expected to live at least 12 weeks
  • You have at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
  • Your bone marrow, liver, kidney, and blood clotting function are adequate
  • Any side effects from previous cancer treatments have largely recovered
