- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of locally advanced laryngeal cancer that can be removed with surgery.
- You must have not received prior treatment for advanced or unresectable disease, except for certain earlier treatments completed at least 6 months ago.
- You must not have certain autoimmune diseases or be on immunosuppressive therapy.
- You must not have had prior treatment with certain immunotherapy drugs or EGFR-targeted agents.
- You must not have active infections, HIV, tuberculosis, or other poorly controlled medical conditions.
- You must be willing to use highly effective contraception if you or your partner can have children.
