Who can take part
- Newly diagnosed head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (in mouth, throat, or voice box) that hasn't been treated before
- Tumor must be EGFR-positive and have a CPS score of 1 or higher (special markers showing the cancer may respond to treatment)
- Surgeon determines you are healthy enough for curative surgery
- Age 18–75 years with good overall health (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
