Who can take part
- You had a lung transplant at least 10 months ago
- You are at least 18 years old
- Your doctors have detected acute lung allograft dysfunction (your new lung is showing rejection signs) with specific elevated immune markers
- You do not have an active bacterial, CMV, or EBV infection at the time of screening
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Your medical team has baseline lung function measurements from before your transplant for comparison
