Emapalumab for Lung Transplant Rejection

Who can take part

  • You had a lung transplant at least 10 months ago
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Your doctors have detected acute lung allograft dysfunction (your new lung is showing rejection signs) with specific elevated immune markers
  • You do not have an active bacterial, CMV, or EBV infection at the time of screening
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Your medical team has baseline lung function measurements from before your transplant for comparison
