Who can take part
- Be 18 years old or older
- Have been diagnosed with heart failure (called 'KY') for at least 6 months
- Have a specific heart pump strength (ejection fraction between 41–49%)
- Speak, read, and write Turkish fluently
- Own a smartphone with WhatsApp and be able to use it
- Be able to communicate clearly without speech or hearing problems
