  • You are biologically female and between 18 and 44 years old
  • You are currently taking a blood pressure medication
  • Your blood pressure reading was high (at least 140/90) at a recent visit
  • You speak English or Spanish fluently
  • You have internet access at home or elsewhere
  • You are not pregnant and have not given birth in the last 3 months
