Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your grade 4 glioma has come back or progressed after initial treatment.
  • You have not had sitagliptin or bevacizumab for this tumor before.
  • You can swallow whole tablets and are in reasonably good health (ECOG 0-2).
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within safe limits.
  • You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, heart problems, or a bleeding disorder.
