  • You are between 18 and 30 years old
  • You are in general good health with no chronic illnesses
  • You have no history of lung or breathing problems
  • You have no history of neurological conditions (like stroke, Parkinson's, or epilepsy)
  • You have not had a respiratory infection (cold, flu, bronchitis) in the last 3 months
  • You are willing to participate voluntarily
