Who can take part

  • You have colorectal (colon or rectum) or stomach cancer confirmed by biopsy
  • Your cancer has MSI or dMMR (a genetic marker that makes immunotherapy more effective)
  • You are either 18+ years old and able to give informed consent
  • Your cancer cannot be easily removed surgically, or has spread to other parts of your body
  • You have not had certain immunotherapy drugs (anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or anti-CTLA4) before
  • You are generally healthy enough for treatment (ECOG score 0–2)
