Who can take part
- You have chronic coronary syndrome (narrowed heart arteries) with a stent placed more than 6 months ago
- You meet 'high ischemic risk' criteria based on your heart condition history and other health factors
- You have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and have moderate-to-high anxiety symptoms
- You have not taken psychiatric medications (antidepressants, anti-anxiety, or antipsychotic drugs) for at least 1 month before starting
- You do not have severe heart failure, unstable blood pressure, recent stroke, dementia, or psychotic disorders
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or at immediate risk of harming yourself or others
