Who can take part
- Your cancer is a poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma that cannot be surgically removed and has spread locally or to other parts of your body
- You've completed exactly one cycle of platinum-based chemotherapy plus etoposide within 28 days before joining the study
- Your tumor tissue shows high DLL3 expression (confirmed by a specific lab test on your archived tumor sample)
- You have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (able to care for yourself with minimal limitation)
- You haven't had previous treatment with DLL3-targeting drugs or immunotherapy during your first chemotherapy cycle
- Any side effects from previous treatments have mostly resolved or are manageable
