Who can take part
- You must have a specific type of advanced neuroendocrine cancer (called EP-NEC) that has not been treated before.
- You should be at least 18 years old and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks (3 months).
- You should be in reasonably good physical shape (able to do daily activities with little or no help).
- You need to have at least one measurable tumor on imaging (like a CT scan).
- You cannot have serious infections, heart problems, or a weakened immune system (like HIV or active hepatitis).
