Who can take part
- Be a male between 12 and 65 years old, weigh at least 30 kg, and have a BMI under 28
- Have hemophilia A or B (either with inhibitors/antibodies to clotting factors, or severe/moderate hemophilia without inhibitors)
- If you have inhibitors, you must be willing to avoid PCC medicine for breakthrough bleeding; if not, you must use standard clotting factor treatment for bleeding
- No major surgery within 3 months before the study starts, and no planned surgery during the study
- No history of blood clots, current clotting symptoms, or blood-clot risk conditions (like heart rhythm problems or vascular disease)
- Not have used emicizumab (another preventive medicine) within 6 months, and never received gene therapy for hemophilia
