Testing SCT800 for previously untreated severe hemophilia A

Who can take part

  • You must be male.
  • You must have severe hemophilia A (your factor VIII level is less than 1%).
  • You must not have been treated with factor VIII medicines before. (A few doses of blood products like cryoprecipitate are okay.)
  • You must not have inhibitors (antibodies that stop factor VIII from working).
  • You must not have allergies to factor VIII or any ingredients, including animal proteins.
  • Your blood tests must show your organs are working well (liver and kidney tests within certain limits).
