Study of KN057 for hemophilia A or B with or without inhibitors

This trial tests a new drug called KN057 for people with severe hemophilia A or moderate-to-severe hemophilia B, whether or not they have developed inhibitors (antibodies that block standard treatments). The goal is to see if it can help prevent or treat bleeding episodes.

Who can take part

  • You are male and between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have severe hemophilia A or moderate-to-severe hemophilia B (with factor VIII activity below 1% or factor IX activity at or below 2%).
  • You have had at least 6 treated bleeding episodes in the past 6 months (not counting bleeds from surgery).
  • If you have no inhibitors, you must have had more than 100 days of factor replacement therapy and test negative for inhibitors now.
  • If you have inhibitors, your inhibitor level must be high (≥5 BU/mL) or low but still not responding to factor, with a poor recovery.
