Who can take part
- You must be a man between 18 and 70 years old, weighing at least 40 kg, with a BMI below 30.
- You must have severe hemophilia A or moderate-to-severe hemophilia B (based on factor levels).
- You must have had at least 6 treated bleeding episodes in the 6 months before starting the study.
- If you do not have inhibitors, you must have used factor replacement therapy for at least 100 days in the past.
- If you have inhibitors, they must be high-titer (≥5 BU) or low-titer but not responding to factor replacement.
- You cannot have other bleeding disorders, recent blood clots, or certain other health problems.
