Who can take part
- Diagnosed with Post-COVID-19 Syndrome (long COVID)
- Between 18 and 65 years old
- Able to read and understand Turkish
- Moderately affected by long COVID (PCFS grade 2–3, meaning you have noticeable functional limitations but are not bedridden)
- Medically stable with controlled chronic conditions like diabetes or blood pressure
- No recent heart attacks, blood clots, or mobility-limiting bone/nerve conditions
